On Wednesday 13th November, METCLOUD attended the lavish UK IT Industry Awards 2019. It was recently announced that we had been shortlisted as finalists for the ‘Cloud Innovation Provider of the Year’ category and attended the event to discover the category winner. The UK IT Awards is the largest technology awards of its kind, highlighting key individuals, projects, organisations and technologies that have excelled in the use, development and deployment of IT in the past 12 months.
The black-tie event was hosted by BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT and Computing at Battersea Evolution, London. Over 1,400 people eagerly awaited the winner announcements for an array of categories by well-known actress, Sally Phillips.
We are thrilled to announce that the UK IT Industry Awards judging panel were extremely impressed with METCLOUD’s “novel approach to a secure cloud platform”. Last night we were announced as WINNERS for our category ‘Cloud Innovation Provider of the Year’! The full shortlist for our category included the following businesses:
